Zhejiang Gaoqi Industry and Trade Co., Ltd., founded in 1995, is rooted in Jinhua, an important industrial and trade town famous for precision manufacturing. As a national high–tech enterprise focusing on the R&D and manufacturing of glass covers for kitchenware and cookware, we have more than 20 years of experience in the industry to provide customized solutions with both food–grade safety protection and humanized design for global kitchen appliance brands

There are 300 employees (including 36 professional and technical management personnel graduated from universities and technical secondary schools). It covers an area of 30,600 square meters, with an effective plant area of more than 21,000 square meters. The registered capital is 3 million US dollars. The fixed assets are more than 36 million yuan. Our company pays attention to technological transformation and continuous innovation, and has eight international advanced production lines for tempered glass covers. The annual production capacity is 30 million pieces of glass cover.

When developing the next generation of smart ovens, we needed a glass lid solution that could withstand temperatures of up to 300°C and transmit more than 90% light. Gaoqi Industry & Trade not only completed the research and development of high-temperature resistant composite glass within 72 hours, but also maintained zero damage in 1,000 consecutive opening and closing tests through a unique three-layer explosion-proof structure design. The pressure limit of the glass lid of the pressure cooker has always been a problem in the industry. Gaoqi Industry & Trade adopts aerospace-grade glass forming process to increase the bursting pressure of our products to 280kPa, far exceeding the national standard of 150kPa. What's more, they've been able to reduce the thickness of the glass lid by 20% while maintaining the same strength through mold optimization, allowing us to increase sales of our lightweight pressure cooker series by 45% in 2023.

In the face of the rapid iteration demand of intelligent steaming and baking machines, Gaoqi Industry and Trade has shown a strong flexible production capacity. It took only 22 days from receiving our demand for special-shaped curved glass cover to mass production and delivery, and the yield rate was stable at more than 99.6%. Its original anti-fog coating technology keeps the product clearly visible in a 100% humidity environment, and this innovation has helped us increase our market share of high-end kitchen appliances by 8 percentage points.
